It is estimated that in Germany alone there are around 500 million spam mails per week, which is more than 50% of all emails. This is why many accounts are protected by more or less effective spam filters in order to come to grips with the flood of emails. Unfortunately, however, these filters sometimes not only stop unwanted advertisements but also block the newsletters a customer actually wants to receive.

• We support you by analysing your emails through spam filters and will then advise you on how to optimize your mailshots.
• We constantly monitor our mail servers to make sure that they do not appear on any black lists; we are also in contact with many providers.
• With the Teamletter® the opening rates of your newsletters are grouped according to domains. In this way we can detect if a provider has conspicuously low opening rates; this would be an indication that the newsletter has been blocked.
